Vacation planning usually comes with a great deal of questions. Does my hotel have this? Do they do that? There are questions that come up more often than others, so let’s answer those questions, which may answer any that you have. Transportation: What are my options? For the convenience of our guests we provide free shuttle services to Universal Orlando® Resort, Wet ‘n Wild®, Aquatica®, Discovery Cove®, and SeaWorld® Orlando. Disney shuttles are available for $17 per person, per round trip. Reservations for both shuttle services are required. Our guest service desk is available to assist with other transportation options such as taxi services and passes for the IRide Trolley, which regularly travels the length of International Drive. Car rentals are also available through Enterprise Rent-A-Car, which has a station at Rosen Centre Hotel, our sister property. Online Orders: Can I send my packages to the hotel? Yes! We are pleased to receive orders on behalf of our guests. We ask that they not be sent more than one week prior to guest’s arrivals. There is a fee associated with this service that usually starts at $10 per package weighing 49 pounds or less. Any packages over 49 pounds will be charged based upon weight. Packages must be picked up by the guest whose name it was delivered under. Photo ID is required for pick up. Amenities: What’s in a guestroom? Guestrooms have coffee makers, microwaves, mini refrigerators and free Wi-Fi. We provide coffee and cups for the in-room coffee makers. Guestrooms also include an electronic safe in which guests can store valuables. These safes are designed so that you can create your own personal pin codes for access. Guests also have control over the air-conditioning units in their guestrooms.
