Enjoy a performance of the classic holiday ballet in Orlando. Central Florida Ballet’s The Nutcracker includes a dash of glitz and glam with pyrotechnics and professional ballerinas along with talented students to tell the story of Maria and the nutcracker prince.
Enjoy a family-friendly night out at the theater in Orlando. Based on the 1954 movie, Irving Berlin’s White Christmas brings to life the magic of the holiday season. You’ll hear your favorite songs from the movie such as “Snow”, “Sisters”, “Happy Holiday”, and of course, “White Christmas”.
It’s beginning to look at lot like Christmas at the Orlando Museum of Art. The Festival of Trees is an annual exhibit at the museum and features designer Christmas trees, handmade wreaths, gingerbread villages, tabletop displays, and much more. All of the pieces are available for purchase so you can pick up some great holiday decorations here as well.
This hotel is hands down a great choice. Location wise is excellent. The staff is a great. The rooms are extremely comfortable. Bottom line, you cant go wrong! If you are going to Orlando and want to stay in International Drive, go ahead and book without hesitation here!
See You Next Year!
I have not long returned from a week stay at the Rosen Inn @ Pointe Orlando and we will definitely be returning! I booked this holiday as a surprise for my mum and we was pleasantly surprised. Just me and my mum went to Orlando and in case you’re wondering I am 27 and she is 54.
Firstly let me start by saying the hotel is in the BEST location. Have no doubts, International Drive is a very big road where all tourists stay and the hotel has the best spot right in the middle with many great restaurants and bars directly opposite. The rooms were perfect and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Iron and hairdryer in every room and a safe, air conditioner and WIFI all of which is free of charge. Each block also has a floor with an ice machine and a laundry room if you need to do any washing. Hotel has 3 swimming pools and an unlimited supply of pool towels you can collect at any of the 3 pools.
The hotel restaurant has a buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner. We only ever had the breakfast and were never disappointed. Breakfast for two cost us around $24. The Hotel also has a 24hr shop, a bar, a coffee/gift shop, an arcade and a desk to buy tickets to attractions. If you have a rental car driving was a lot easier then I expected. If you don’t have a rental, buses run along International drive and the hotel also has coaches for most attractions for a small fee.
Our favourite restaurants outside the hotel were Joes Crab Shack, Red Lobster and BB Kings which is a must! BB Kings is a very short walk from the hotel with great live music and food. Millers Ale House is also opposite the hotel which was good too. Also If there are any Glasgow Rangers Fans there is also a place on International Drive called Game Changers which is for Rangers Fan’s which serves food and drink.
Overall it was a 10/10 holiday and we will definitely be returning.
– Remember you should tip 10% of your bill
– Remember to pack light clothes, don’t be fooled it is extremely hot and humid in Orlando!
– Enjoy every moment!
See you next year! Xx
