I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The room is spotless and the housekeeping staff are fantastic. There are so many amenities, lite bite, zebras lounge, three swimming pools and there is so many things to do in the surrounding areas.
The greatest asset that the hotel has is its accommodating and very friendly staff.
I will be here for another couple of weeks and would like to thank the guest relations for fulfilling my request for a particular room and I would like to thank Mr. Narin Singh (manager) for his help with my husband’s medical needs.
Any time I travel to Orlando I always try and book this hotel. Have done for nearly 20 years now. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Rooms are quite spacious and kept to a very clean standard. Rooms have 2 beds in them. Slightly bigger than a single bed but not quite a double so if you’re sleeping with your partner be prepared to be quite snug. Hotel is right across from Pointe Orlando which offers plenty of dining/drinking options (I recommend the fish and chips in The Pub). The shop in the hotel is handy but a bit expensive. There is a Walgreens across the road which is very handy. Hotel offers buses to theme parks and the I-Ride Trolley service is right outside the hotel which will bring you all the way along International Drive – very handy for the outlet malls at either end.
