Our family vacation was one to remember at this hotel. Great service and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place. Shuttle bus from hotel to volcano bay was excellent, as was restaurant and bar plus three heated swimming pools. Sixth floor has a great view over looking the city. Great security parking and reasonable over all price. The kids loved it as well as my wife.
This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The rooms were super super clean! Next to that, the beds were amazing, so comfortable I wanted one of the blankets that they keep on their beds!
We checked in very quickly and easily. The staff was super nice.
We travel with our dog and I was amazed to see such a nice well-kept hotel that allows pets at a small $15 pet fee. I love to see a hotel that welcomes pets at a reasonable price. Of course a lot of that reflects upon the owner if they keep their rooms clean after their pets too!!
We come to the area to go to Walt Disney World and while there we boarded our dog for the night at Pets Palace, another amazing place!!
The night before when we arrived in town we stayed at the other Rosen Inn and we also had a superior stay!
I would highly recommend this hotel and I will most definitely stay there again if I come to that area.
