We welcome up to two pets who are vaccinated with proof of vaccines.
Documentation of your up-to-date vaccines maybe requested at any time, so remind your human pals to pack them.
Be safe around other pedestrians by using our designated walk areas for relief and exercise.
Your owners are fully responsible for clean-ups, walking, and being considerate of other guests when barking, yipping, and sniffing.
A non-refundable fee of $15, plus tax, per pet, per night is due upon arrival. If paying cash, a $50 cash deposit, plus tax, is required. The cash deposit is refundable upon departure after the guestroom has been inspected and found to be in good order.
If you are certified to service your human pal, you are exempt from having to pay a deposit and taxes.
Please be courtesy to all hotel guests and staff by safely crating or removing your pet(s) from your guestroom during housekeeping service.
The special “Pet in Room” door hanger sign, provided at check-in, is for your human pal to hang on your guestroom door for the duration of your stay. This is to let all guests know that we are celebrating your stay with us!
Vacation planning usually comes with a great deal of questions. Does my hotel have this? Do they do that? There are questions that come up more often than others, so let’s answer those questions, which may answer any that you have.
Transportation: What are my options? For the convenience of our guests we provide free shuttle services to Universal Orlando® Resort, Wet ‘n Wild®, Aquatica®, Discovery Cove®, and SeaWorld® Orlando. Disney shuttles are available for $17 per person, per round trip. Reservations for both shuttle services are required. Our guest service desk is available to assist with other transportation options such as taxi services and passes for the IRide Trolley, which regularly travels the length of International Drive. Car rentals are also available through Enterprise Rent-A-Car, which has a station at Rosen Centre Hotel, our sister property.
Online Orders: Can I send my packages to the hotel? Yes! We are pleased to receive orders on behalf of our guests. We ask that they not be sent more than one week prior to guest’s arrivals. There is a fee associated with this service that usually starts at $10 per package weighing 49 pounds or less. Any packages over 49 pounds will be charged based upon weight. Packages must be picked up by the guest whose name it was delivered under. Photo ID is required for pick up.
Amenities: What’s in a guestroom? Guestrooms have coffee makers, microwaves, mini refrigerators and free Wi-Fi. We provide coffee and cups for the in-room coffee makers. Guestrooms also include an electronic safe in which guests can store valuables. These safes are designed so that you can create your own personal pin codes for access. Guests also have control over the air-conditioning units in their guestrooms.
If you find that you have more questions about our property, you can find most answers on our website under the About tab on the Hotel Fact Sheet page. Or you can reach out to us by filling out the Contact Us form on the homepage.
Theme parks provide an intangible thrill. For some of us, it’s a thrill and memory we’ll never forget. From childhood when we took our first steps to meet Mickey Mouse for the first time, to squeezing our parent’s hand all the way up to the top of the highest roller coaster drop; our experiences at theme parks are some of our strongest memories.
It’s no secret that Orlando is one of the world’s top theme park destinations, so go prepared to make the most of the experience. Bringing our own children for the first time to one of our beloved attractions or experiencing a theme park for the first time ourselves is quiet a whirlwind. We’ve listed a few travel tips to make your excursions to the theme parks the best possible.
Purchase tickets before you go. This should ensure you’re getting the best price possible.
Ask our Guest Relations about complimentary transportation options, shuttle schedules, and their favorite theme park features. (Hint: We offer complimentary, scheduled shuttles to Universal Orlando® Resort, SeaWorld®, and Wet ‘N Wild®.)
Designate a meeting spot for all large groups and family members. Kids may want to get lost in theme parks, but parents don’t want to spend their time looking for their kids.
Head to the parks early. Arrive early and avoid the mid-day crowds. While everyone is basking in the heat of the day, take an extended lunch outside of the parks or head to your hotel for an afternoon nap.
Once you’re re-energized and ready to take on the rest of the theme park, go back in the evening for some of the most specular night time shows and firework displays.
The most important tip of all, have fun and make some of the best memories!
