Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando was one of Rosen Hotels & Resorts’ biggest milestones. This particular hotel was the first property built by Harris Rosen from the ground up. On February 1, 1984, Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando opened with 340 rooms. At this time, we were called the Quality Inn Plaza, which some of our guests may remember.
Our grand opening was long before most of the shopping malls and Pointe Orlando ever existed, and the Orange County Convention Center had opened its doors only a year prior. Over the years our hotel grew and went through three expansion projects. This growth led to our current guestroom count of 1,020.
Our prime location nearby Orlando’s most popular attractions and in the heart of the International Drive tourist corridor, coupled with our excellent rates help set our hotel apart as Orlando’s Best Vacation Value®. Come and visit to see what makes our hotel the best place to stay at for your next Orlando vacation.
