Ready to cheer on your favorite team?
In 2026, Pointe Orlando is hosting an epic Soccer Celebration event in partnership with Orlando’s home team, Orlando City SC.
This “large-scale, festival-style" fan experience is totally free to attend, meaning everyone can be a part of the party.
However, if you want to attend, you must RSVP prior to the event.
During the Soccer Celebration, Pointe Orlando will be hosting live viewings of all 104 FIFA World Cup matches at Sports & Social, their onsite sports bar and restaurant.
This venue is known for their menu of made-from-scratch items that elevate game day food to the next level, as well as a state-of-the-art LED media wall perfect for broadcasting every big game.
There will also be huge outdoor viewing stages set up throughout Pointe Orlando to accommodate crowds of fans and multiple games.
On select dates this summer, this takeover event will feature live music and entertainment, special appearances from Orlando City players and the team's mascot, an official pop-up store, and global food and beverage offerings.
As of now, you can enjoy the fan festivities on June 12, 13, 19, and 27, as well as July 19.
While you’re soaking in the celebration at the Fan Zone (centrally located on the first floor of Pointe Orlando between the two main FIFA World Cup viewing areas), you can enter to win exclusive prizes and giveaways.
Whether you’re an Orlando City or Orlando Pride fan, or cheering on a FIFA team from another country, you’ll have an incredible and engaging experience at Pointe Orlando’s Soccer Celebration this summer.
FIFA World Cup 2026: The Basics

Pointe Orlando frequently hosts events that draw crowds from every corner of the world, and the FIFA World Cup is no exception.
This year’s epic global soccer tournament is the largest World Cup to date. Matches are scheduled to run from June 11 through July 19 and features 48 national teams competing across 16 host cities in three countries.
The World Cup is broken into stages.
The first stage is the Group Stage. 12 groups of four teams each were determined by the World Cup Draw back in December.
Over the course of 72 matches, each team will play the other three teams in their designated group to determine who moves onto the next stage of the World Cup.
During the group stage, teams earn points to determine who advances. After each group stage match, teams earn either 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, or 0 points for a loss.
At the end of the Group Stage, the top two teams in each group advance to the Knockout Stage, a series of winner-takes-all matches that go all the way to the World Cup Final.
This year, in addition to the first and second place teams in every group advancing, the Knockout Stage is expanding to feature the top eight third-place teams from the Group stage.
These third-place teams are determined by a variety of factors, including the highest number of points, goals scored, and wins obtained in all group matches, among others. You can check out ESPN’s FIFA World Cup web page for more details.
The Knockout Stage consists of rounds: the first round of 32, the round of 16, quarterfinals, semifinals, and the final game, held Sunday, July 19 in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
While Orlando isn’t hosting any games this year (the closest games are being held in Miami and Atlanta), you can still embrace the excitement of the World Cup in The City Beautiful.
