Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando is a Universal Partner Hotel close to Universal Orlando Resort and its theme parks. We welcome your dog on your next vacation. Responsible dogs arriving with their well-behaved humans are welcome to stay with prior approval. We have specific guestrooms designated for guests with animal companions. These guestrooms have easy access to dog walk areas outdoors. Advance reservations are required.

A fee of $15, plus tax, will be assessed per dog, per guestroom, and per night. (Service Animals excluded). Additional fees may be applicable in the event of damage or excessive mess. If paying cash, a $50 deposit, plus tax, is required. The cash deposit is refundable after our staff has inspected the guestroom.

At Rosen Hotels & Resorts, we recognize that pets are family and are proud to welcome up to 2 canine guests per room. To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, we kindly ask that pet parents are courteous and act responsibly in accordance with the following guidelines: 

  • Proof of current vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian is required and must be available upon request.
  • Canine guests must remain supervised and on a leash in public areas. When left in guestrooms, they must be securely crated.
  • Guests must utilize the “Dog in Room” door hanger for the duration of their stay, removing or crating their canine companion during scheduled housekeeping service (available daily between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.) 
  • Guests should utilize designated dog walk areas for pet relief and exercise, immediately removing and disposing of any waste from hotel grounds. 
  • Canine guests are restricted from pools, restaurants, lounges, health club, spa, meeting rooms, and lobby furniture (Service Animals excluded).
  • Canine guests who pose a health or safety risk are not permitted. This includes dogs that are aggressive, excessively vocal, destructive, unvaccinated, in heat, or not fully house-trained. 

Guests who are unable to comply with the above policies will not be permitted to keep their canine companion on property; however, our Front Desk team would be happy to assist with information on alternative pet care options.

For circumstances in which guests are found in violation of the above policy guidelines or restrictions — including failure to declare a dog at check-in or behavior resulting in guest complaints — guest may be asked to leave the hotel and fees may be assessed to cover the cost of repairs, cleaning, replacement of damaged items, etc. In this event, all room charges will be forfeited with no refund issued (Service Animals excluded from declaration requirement).

With the exception of Service Dogs recognized under the ADA, no other class - including Emotional Support, Therapy, and Companion animals - are exempt from this Pet Policy.
