Orlando Summer Concert Round-Up

Summer is the perfect time to kick back, relax, and enjoy the good things in life. What better way to do that than to take in some of the summer’s hottest concerts? With so many venues around Orlando, it’s no wonder our city is a prime destination for catching some of your favorite artist’s tour stops. Here are some of the exciting concerts coming to Orlando’s top venues this summer.

Amway Center

Orlando’s most prominent venue plays host to some of the world’s best artists. Start off the summer right on May 29 with Ariana Grande’s Orlando stop on her Sweetener World Tour. Following that, catch Pentatonix on June 1 as they dazzle the crowd with their acapella hits. Florence + The Machine will be stopping on June 8, and concerts featuring Twenty-One Pilots, Jennifer Lopez, New Kids on The Block, Shawn Mendes, and Khalid round out the summer. Oh, and who can forget about the Backstreet Boys making their comeback! Tickets are available at https://www.amwaycenter.com/events/category/concertsshows/10.

House of Blues

For a more intimate setting, head on over to Disney Spring’s House of Blues for their own summer line up. Every Sunday, the House of Blues hosts Gospel Brunch at 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Then on June 21, jam out to Reel Big Fish and Bowling for Soup. On June 28, Streetlight Manifesto will rock the house at 6:30 p.m. Latin music favorite Guacho Y Chino will perform July 5, and don’t miss out on Carly Rae Jepsen on July 27. Hard Rock Live

Hard Rock Orlando will host an impressive line-up this summer. Starting in June, you will be able to catch Bytiago & Darell, Weird Al Yankovic (you heard us right, Weird Al, folks), and TLC live in concert. July’s performances include Rob Thomas, Kirk Franklin, and Howard Jones, while August will wrap up the summer with a concert featuring the legendary Slash. Tickets are available at https://www.hardrock.com/live/locations/orlando/calendar.aspx?category=11029&date=8/1/2019&display=list.

The Plaza Live

Last up is the local favorite venue, The Plaza Live. On May 14, rising K-Pop group Tomorrow X Together will be performing at 8 p.m. Other concerts include Steve Earle & The Dukes, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Hippo Campus, and lots more.
