Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando Reviews
See What Others Have Said About Their Stay
While we consider ourselves one of the best hotels in Orlando, it only matters if our guests agree. If you’re planning a visit to Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando, we invite you to see us through the eyes of your fellow travelers by reading the hotel reviews below.
Loved this hotel! It is our second time staying here. The room was clean and has super comfortable beds and the bed sheets are not paper thin like in other hotels we had stayed in international drive. Starting with front desk clerk Cynthia who was so helpful and made our check-in a breeze. Not only do they have a variety of foods in the dining area, the staff is super friendly. Our server Amelia was a true delight, very attentive, polite and remembered us from our last stay. All in all kudos to the management and staff for running such an excellent hotel. I highly recommend it YOU WON'T REGRET IT.
We were really surprised how good this hotel was as it was very reasonably priced and only a 3 star. Rooms were huge and well equipped. They were cleaned every day and kept spotless. It has an amazing buffet restaurant where we had evening meals and breakfast. A great pool with poolside bar and a well stocked shop. It had everything we needed including a free shuttle to universal studios . The staff were really nice and helpful as well . I would highly recommend this hotel.
Spent two weeks here at the end of April, and we loved it. If we are in Orlando again, we would for sure stay here again. The hotel has everything you will need. There are several pools, and the hotel does provide pool towels (which they kindly let us use one day for a water park!). There is a very well-stocked convenience store, which you can access 24/7, a small but well-stocked gift shop, which also ties as a coffee shop serving Starbucks products. Zebra's Sports Bar is brilliant! The food there was good, the drinks even better :) I even got my local bar back home to try and recreate the "Hurricane” cocktail because I missed them so much! Shoutout to Will who was so attentive and great to chat to in general. There is a pool table also. Rooms are clean and very spacious. We had more than enough room for two of us, even opting to sleep in separate beds to make the most of the space! Beds are comfortable. There is a desk, TV, good sized closet, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, microwave and a fridge. There is a coffee machine, but no kettle, unfortunately. We stayed on the ground floor, block D, overlooking the car park. It was a great spot, not too far from reception. Wi-Fi was good. Only niggle is sometimes, we could hear luggage/trolleys passing by in the early hours, but it was easy enough to fall back to sleep afterwards. Every staff member we came across, in one capacity or another, was polite and friendly. If you are checking out and have a late flight, they will hold your luggage for you in the business center free of charge. Location was perfect for us, with so many amenities, bars and restaurants nearby. It was convenient to get to and from the parks, with Ubers costing us anywhere between $8-$15/20 to Universal depending on the time/demand. Also, the free shuttles provided to Universal were great. These usually needed to be booked the day before. But we were lucky that on three occasions that we decided to use the shuttle I went to the desk at 7 a.m. on the day and managed to get a space. Disney was also within good distance, costing us anywhere between $15-$30 depending on demand. Pointe Orlando has lots of options of good bars, restaurants and arcades. There is also Dave & Busters, which is a 2 to 3-minute walk away. Also, the I-Ride Trolley stop is right outside the hotel, which was extremely convenient and so easy to get on. We used this when we went to SeaWorld. Genuinely really happy we opted for Rosen Inn at Pointe as our "base" for our holiday. See you again in the future.
We were traveling around Florida and stayed three times at this hotel during our two weeks. We have stayed here several times previously, and it never fails to live up to our expectations. It’s clean, comfortable, great location, has all the facilities that you could possibly want. A special mention to the wonderful, welcoming, friendly and professional staff. One member on reception said, “Welcome home,” she couldn’t have been more correct, as due to her that’s how we felt. Problem with safe was dealt with in 10 minutes after reporting it. Honestly cannot praise the staff highly enough. We will be back in September, and I can’t wait.
This was my first time staying in a hotel in Orlando as we usually hire a villa. It was great to experience Orlando without a hire car. The location of this hotel is perfect. It's not the most modern, but it's clean with daily housekeeping, which seems to be rare in the U.S. these days. There's a good buzz around the hotel and good atmosphere at the Zebra Bar. Only negative was that the pools were not cool enough; felt like a bath, which is not ideal in the current heatwave. Also, the little store in the hotel is super expensive; $5 for an ice cream. However, I would definitely recommend and return to this hotel.
We stayed at the Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando. It is a great hotel in a great location; the rooms and hotel are very clean, and the breakfast is nice with plenty of choices. The rooms are very dated and quite dark in their decoration. We were given a ground floor, which could be quite noisy when other guests were walking past very late. The on-site shop is brilliant for most things: snacks, drinks, toiletries, and basic medical supplies. The pools were very nice, but for the heat we had, there were not enough umbrellas to go around. The complimentary pool towels are a great touch. The Wi-Fi is very hit or miss; it dropped out regularly and you had to keep logging on again, but that’s not a great problem. On the whole, we had a great stay!
