SeaWorld Orlando Inside Look

SeaWorld Orlando Inside Look

SeaWorld Orlando recently announced that Inside Look will return in January 2022.

SeaWorld Inside Look allows guests behind the scenes to meet the SeaWorld animal care team and their incredible line of work. Guests also learn how they care for the animals. SeaWorld hasn’t yet gone into detail about the specifics for 2022. Based on last year’s event, they had 6 behind the scenes locations for their tour, Trainer Talk, and dining options.

SeaWorld Orlando’s Inside Look in 2021

SeaWorld Rescue Center

In this location, guests met veterinarians, lab technicians, filtration experts, and other animal caretakers and learned about how they care for animals in need.

Manta Aquarium

From a bird’s eye view, guests glimpsed the gigantic Manta’s main aquarium and learned how fish, rays, sea dragons, corals, and a humungous octopus who reside here are taken care of.

Shark Encounter

Sharks are among the favorite marine animal for SeaWorld goers and one of the most visited.

During the behind the scenes look, guests gained insight into how sharks and sawfish are cared for by visiting the medical pool. The highlight of the tour: the moving walkway that divides the tank for cleaning and feeding.

Beluga and Seal Primary Housing

This tour offered guests access through hallways that only a few have strolled into which lead to the beluga whales and harbor seals. Here guests learned about these beautiful Arctic animals and gained a deeper understanding of the team that takes care of them.

Dive Operations at Manatee Underwater Viewing

Guests dove deep into the responsibilities and jobs of SeaWorld’s diving team. This great learning opportunity taught guests the basics of diving and the secrets of becoming a part of the team.

Trainer Talks

Trainer Talks are educational experiences that are set up at different behind-the-scenes locations all around the park.

2021’s locations were at Dolphin Theater, Sea Lion and Otter Theater, and Orca Encounter. Maybe this year SeaWorld will add a new location. Trainer Talks is where guests can hear more in-depth information about animal care.

Food with a Dash of Education

Those who participated in the Inside Look tours enjoyed a delicious signature meal at Sharks Underwater Grill or at Dine with Orcas. The dining experiences included presentations about the park’s research and rescue efforts (hosted by the SeaWorld Rescue and Zoological Operations teams) and learning more about SeaWorld’s animals.
